NoD est une marque dédiée à la création de meubles et d'objets contemporains explorant de nouveaux horizons à travers lesquels le design est influencé et se mêle aux arts et aux espaces. NoD est une plateforme pluridisciplinaire mêlant des collaborations d'artistes, d'architectes et de designers, arborant ainsi différents aspects de la création.
NoD a pour volonté de promouvoir de jeunes artistes et designers, ainsi deux fois par an, NoD éditera des meubles et objets résultant d’appels à projets. La pièce gagnante sera créé et éditée par NoD studio en collaboration avec l'artiste, et les frais couvert par NoD. La pièce sera ensuite présentée lors de la première édition des Inner'Art (salon d'art contemporain) du 21 au 25 mai au Point Ephémère à Paris en 2015.

Le thème de ce premier appel à candidatures est : La Chaise
Aucune limite d’interprétation n’est fixée, nous souhaitons simplement des pièces singulières et conceptuelles expérimentant la limite entre art et design. La pièce créée doit être fonctionnel mais cela n'empêche en rien le détournement de sa fonction première.Tous les matériaux sont acceptés.
L’appel à candidatures est ouvert jusqu’au 15 mars 2015 inclus. Les frais d’inscription sont de 15€ et sont réglables à l'aide du bouton Paypal ci-dessous. Toutes les inscriptions se font par l’envoi d’un dossier par mail ou par voie postale. L’appel à projets est ouvert aux personnes de toutes nationalités, toutes formations et tous médiums confondus, cependant les candidats ne peuvent excéder 35 ans.

NoD is a brand devoted to the creation of contemporary object, furniture and installations that aim to explore new horizon in design: design intended here as the point of junction between the fields of art and architecture. NoD aims to be a multidisciplinary platform mixing collaboration between artists, architects & designers
NoD has the desire to promote young artists and designers, so twice a year, NoD will promote furnitures and objects resulting from open calls. The winning proposal will be made and edited by NoDs studio and all the cost covered by NoD. Then the piece will be presented during the first edition of the Inner'Art (contemporary art salon) from the 21st to the 25th of may at the Point Ephémère in Paris.

The theme of the first open call is: The Chair
There is no limit of interpretation, we simply wish some singular and conceptual pieces experimenting the boundaries between art & design.The object must be functional, which does not prevent to diverge from its primary function. All materials are accepted.
The open call is open from the 20 of January to 15 of Mars 2015 inclusive. The submission fee is 15€, it can be pay using the Paypal bottom below or by post. The proposal and the application form can also be send by mail or post. this open call is open to all nationalities, all backgrounds and in all mediums, though candidates may not exceed 35.
